IceTubes

completed in 2003

Identity and package design (not shown) for a “mystery” object. My task was to come up with a new use for a pre-existing product and then promote it. The “IceTubes” (in actuality, they were sealable plastic centrifuge test tubes) came in a circular package of six which is reflected in the design of the collateral. I (hypothetically) marketed them as novel beverage chillers to clubs and other late-night hotspots — sealed inside each was a freezable flourescent liquid that glowed in the dark.
